Krystal Clemens began the practice of law as a sole practitioner in 1991 after a hiatus from law school to begin a family. She has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law - Fathers Rights since admission to the California State Bar. During the course of her practice, She has devoted significant time to continuing education in the areas of psychology and special education related to special needs children. Her representation has included over 500 cases related to divorce, child custody for fathers, paternity and child support related issues. Although the primary focus of her practice is in the family law area, She has represented a number of fathers in guardianship proceedings as well as juvenile court proceedings which resulted during the course of the family law proceedings.
