We are pleased to announce the release of Brutal Divorce Tactics Mastermind Summit - Just for Men Edition.
We invited experienced attorneys from coast to coast and chose five who practice only in family law, divorce, custody and child support to meet with us on camera in Las Vegas (The Wedding Capital of The World) and discuss the art of planning a divorce; and the issue of unfairness that many fathers run into with the Family Court legal system.
What made this Mastermind Summit so unique, is that we focused only on the issues and strategies that affect men in gaining a fair and equal divorce and custody settlement.
Unfair judgments against good law-abiding fathers are happening every day. Men are being denied equal access in a court system that is supposed to be gender neutral. How did we banish men to every Wednesday night and every other weekend in seeing their children? And why do they pay an absurd amount of money for this lack of privilege?
We wanted to know what happened to our gender neutral court system. We also wanted to know what kinds of litigation techniques were being deployed against the spouses in their battle for an equal divorce settlement.
This group of attorneys were quite passionate in sharing what they have seen over the years in family court. The group spoke of facing off against unscrupulous attorneys who deploy dirty tactics to get whatever they can for their clients. The group shared their own strategies for neutralizing any dirty tricks that an unscrupulous and not always ethical opposing council may use.
We call this collection of shared legal advice, Brutal Divorce Tactics (the word extreme came to our minds but we felt that didn’t quite describe what we unearthed during our marathon sessions). Brutal Divorce Tactics is a term to be aware of, especially if you are facing an ugly and costly divorce battle ahead.
